By using OAK Rewards, you agree to these terms.
The service
OAK Rewards is a virtual tree-care experience. OAK points are in-app progress markers only. They are not cryptocurrency, money, securities, property, or a promise of future value. They cannot be purchased, transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your password, and use only accounts you control. Usernames cannot be changed. You may not automate watering, manipulate device time, create fraudulent referrals, interfere with the service, or evade safeguards.
Rewards and availability
Tree state, referral qualification, inventory, and OAK entries are calculated by our servers. We may correct errors, suspend abusive accounts, change unfinished features, or discontinue the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of virtual progress.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, impersonate others, probe security controls, upload unlawful content, or use OAK Rewards for financial promotion or investment activity.
Termination and deletion
You may request deletion in Settings. A seven-day recovery window applies before ordinary personal and gameplay data is removed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
