Privacy Policy

OAK Rewards uses only the information needed to operate your account, grow your virtual tree, and keep the service reliable.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, full name, username, selected avatar, and referral code.
- Gameplay information: trees, watering activity, fertilizer inventory, OAK point entries, referrals, settings, and account state.
- Device information: notification permission and Expo push token when remote notifications are enabled.
- Reliability information: limited error messages, affected app action, and timestamps. We do not intentionally include message content, passwords, or payment information.
How we use information
We use it to authenticate you, calculate tree and OAK state on the server, qualify referrals, send requested care reminders, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and diagnose failures.
Sharing
We use service providers including InsForge for authentication and database infrastructure, Expo for app delivery and notifications, Cloudflare for this website, and Apple or Google for app distribution. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising trackers.
Retention and deletion
You can request deletion in Settings. Your account is disabled immediately and remains recoverable for seven days. After that window, ordinary profile and gameplay data are deleted, ledger references are anonymized, short-lived anti-abuse data is removed after 30 additional days, and diagnostic events are retained for no more than 30 days. Some authentication data may be retained by our infrastructure provider where technically or legally required.
Your choices
You may disable notifications, edit your name and avatar, request account deletion, or contact us to request access or correction.
Children
OAK Rewards is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information.
